What are your business hours?
We're a 100% remote first company with members all over the globe, so no set business hours.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check or credit card. Sorry, no crypto currency options at this time.
Is there a contract?
The Scout and Pathfinder programs does not require a contract.
The Pilot program require a signed Statement of Work and a deposit.
We don't sign client-issued contracts.
Do you do marketing or write content?
Short answer is no. We have partners who do all kinds of magic in marketing and copywriting. OOUX informs both, so we'll be happy to make an introduction for you or work with a team you choose.
